Refund policy

The return policy is set by the product manufacturer. That said, we will do everything that we can to help you in the event that something needs to be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns & Order Support

Every Makwolf item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no additional cost.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned due to being unclaimed may require additional shipping costs to resend the order. Unclaimed returns may be donated or disposed of after an extended holding period.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
